Depending on the items you have hired, please allow between 1-2hrs for set up and 1-2hrs for pack up. The time frame on set up and pack up will be advised once your booking is placed..

Yes, you will need to pay a deposit of 50% or in full to secure your requested hire pieces and the remaining to be paid 2 weeks prior to your event. Any cancelled bookings within 2 weeks before your event - 50% of your deposit will be non refundable as this will cover any potential booking losses.

Yes we do! You have enough on your plate, so we want to make it as easy as possible for you. We deliver as far as Bunbury to Augusta and everywhere in between. If you are located in the Cowaramup township delivery is FREE. Outside of these areas your delivery fee will be attached to your quote. Or simply message us to find out more.

There is no collection available.

Absolutely. This is one of our number one priorities. Our day doesn't end once we pack down our pieces. Everything is bought back and cleaned. If you have any further questions about this please feel free to reach out!

Yes, we are fully insured

Soft play, bouncy animals, arches, and balloon garlands are suitable for outdoors pending weather. Please keep in mind, any damage due to weather, you will be invoiced correctly as per our waiver you sign. If rain is forecast please know all hire equipment is not water proof and will not be set up outside. Please have an alternate location.

The soft play set is recommended to have shade protection, as any direct sunlight will cause the set to heat.

Cash or Bank Transfer

For our playset and bouncy friends the price quoted is for a duration of 4 hours. If you wish to hire for longer we are open for discussion and an additional cost will be added to your quote.

These are NOT for overnight hire. 

For all other items the Hire fee is for one full day/night for events that fall on Friday, Saturday or Sundays. If your event is on a different day, we will work with you to determine the hire period.
